ALL returns must be pre-authorized by Whittier Mailing Products in advance. Please call 888-872-9824 or your sales rep for an authorization number.
If products returned are due to an error on the part of Whittier Mailing Products a full refund will be issued, or a replacement product shipped at no additional charge. If a replacement order will be issued, WMP will credit the previous invoice upon receipt of incorrect product and issue a new invoice for a replacement order.
If products returned are due to an error on the part of the Customer there will be a 20% restocking charge, and the product must be returned freight prepaid. Credit will be issued after inspection of product returned and no credit will be issued for shipping costs.
No returns will be accepted on INK cartridges after 120 days on date of invoice. 90 days for all other products.
